We are focusing on the fundamental basis of kindness, to ourselves and all who we meet, kindness is the foundation where all our love can build.

A simple smile and a thank you is all it takes, even on our darkest days, this is a beacon of light to guide the way.

So how can you show kindness?
Start by being kind with your thoughts, including your self and see how this helps your love grow.
