So here it is. Alongside with my venues where I teach I have unfortunately had to make the decision to suspend my yoga classes for this current time. I do hope you all keep practicing in your own unique way that will help you stay calm, happy and healthy in mind and body. I will keep updating as to when classes will return. If you would like any advice on sequences or breathing practices please contact me and I will happily point you in the right direction. The most important thing is we all take care of each other be kind and give hope to all.
