Week 4 Leading to our Final week LOVE !!💕 Love This is often difficult to verbalize and explain, love is often described as a feeling, a memory, a sensation and it can sometimes feel like an altered state of consciousness, love is so much. In this weeks class we will combine what the last 3 weeks have been connecting us to, that if we treat ourselves and others with Kindness, Contentment and Respect we will feel the gift of LOVE.
These are all different ways to express and show love, if we are finding it difficult to put into words then we have the help of poets, authors and songwriters who can help us with expressing these feelings, so put on your favourite love song and listen to it, but direct those words of love towards yourself, if this is a difficult task for you try it by looking through the eyes of someone who really loves and respects you it could be a partner, a pet, a child or a friend and then listen with your loved ones it will give you the opportunity of a totally different experience, I recommend Unchained Melody by The Fleetwoods, it's a beautiful experience, let me know which is yours.
This last week of February will be a combination of the last 3 weeks practices, a gentle warm up and mobilisation with some gentle flowing movement with the aim of bringing about the ultimate connection to the attitude of Love this week we will benefit from the added luxury and experiences and some restorative poses before indulging in a longer meditation on our inner heart flame before resting into relaxation.

Week 3 Respect Self respect leads to an improved self confidence owning your own space and feeling good about who you are is very important, when we feel strong and confident in ourselves it has a positive impact on the choices we make and we make a positive difference to the people we meet, we feel energized and amazing and spread the feeling to all we meet and maybe begin a wave of positiveness.
We will continue to build on the previous weeks practice building on feeling strong and powerful being led by pure respect for your self and maintaining kindness and contentment throughout.
