My aim is to bring a sense of play and fun to my classes whilst also respecting the philosophy and traditions of Hatha yoga, including breathing practices and meditations.
I am passionate about helping people achieve to be the Best Version of Themselves that they wish to be!
I also have a background in exercise and massage as I love movement and how it makes me feel and how it can change you to feel GOOD!!
I am currently working as a Technical Instructor at our local Community Hospital working with patients who are living with neurological conditions.
Combining all of these experiences has enabled me to explore how to make yoga accessible to everyone and ensuring my classes are suitable for all levels to allow individual progression, helping to grow and challenge each student.
I completed my training with British Wheel of Yoga 'BWY' over 3 years and I have been teaching for over two years
